Not sure how these guys get good… Not sure how these guys get good reviews. Based on my experience which has been since September, they failed most all ways. The book cover was more designed by my daughter in law rather than this company, the internal formatting has been a nightmare to just get them to understand what I want. Here we are in February and still nothing. Communication is almost zero, and I know they are tired of hearing from me. Today, they hung up on me after I asked how much longer. I sent them a transcript of our original conversation and had a money back guarantee, I asked for my money back. They have not lived up to any of their promises, probably wont on this one either. They were very nice in the beginning when I was a prospect, now as a client, not so much. Again, I have no idea what these other reviewers had them do, but it has been negative for me.

My Outstanding Book Cover After putting years of effort into writing a book, I wanted the cover to really express the heart of my work. There was a concept in my head but that was not what I really wanted. I submitted my rough concept and in a few days BC sent me a beautiful cover that was well thought out. Through the process the designer was very eager to accommodate my requests and before long, I had a cover which is outstanding. If you are looking for a cover designer, I recommend them. Will Simons
