He gave me great ideas to consider. He was very responsive when I needed him with questions and suggestions. He even worked on my project through his COVID Dx. Would I suggest this service for future customers. Absolutely! Only suggestion; be very clear in the beginning what all is included in every stage of pricing. This will ensure transparency and prevent the perception of upcharging. It appeared as if the initial Sales guy, Sam Lucas lied about service packaging details. However, Alex was very clear and patient with the service. Also, get a List of all task that are needed from the customer upfront. This will prevent what appears to be last minute task scrambling. I’m a proactive type of gal. I hate having to provide things on a fly.
