CAGreat Service to the Customer I used Icons8 for a 3-month project for my business. I got charged the $99 renewal this year but I didn't need Icons8 anymore as my project had ended the year prior. I reached out to their support team and they refunded my request in seconds (not even minutes). Their service was timely and efficient. You can't say that about a lot of businesses these days!

CAMark was very helpful and empathic We tried your app when building our website back in December and noticed in February we are still getting charged. Our startup is at pre-launch and every $ counts at this stage we reached out to support to ask for a refund for the last 2 months that we didn't use your app and Mark was very helpful and empathic and refunded us the 2 months we didn't use Icons8.
