After leaving Penji to try… After leaving Penji to try alternatives, I came across Delesign through targeted ads. Communication between the sales team was great and flawless, but when it came to the product (Senior Web Graphic Designers), I was severely let down. $599 for 2 hours of work, in comparison to Penji 3 designers at $899. Bad communication, minimal updates, yes the work was good, but the 2 hours is too little for the work when you have competitors willing to do more for a greater subscription. All in all, think twice before using a service like Delesign, if you have small projects, great. IF you have big projects (like me), you'll want another service like Penji.

Stellar Experience All Around!! I've had an incredible experience so far working with Delesign! I was matched with a designer that was perfect for my current needs and was able to supply the creativity that I lack ;) I have been absolutely shocked at the speed at which my designer Sylvet has been producing material for me. What I thought would take two weeks to complete was done in just one! She has created beautiful material for me that I am excited to put out onto my website and social sites. Thank you, Delesign!! Amazing!!! Delesign is a game-changer in this online - flat fee creative model! As a managing partner of a start-up, we have tried at least 5 companies that are providing the same scopes of practice but none of them is coming close to what Delesign is offering. The communication between us and the designer is smooth and easy as they are very approachable and modern in their designing style. This is very important in our opinion as it has saved us so much time going back and forward with feedbacks and revisions hence we can really focus on our customers and leave the creative part to their team. Moreover with just around $600 a month, if we are to go to a freelancer ... it would have cost us more than $1k per project hence the value of staying with Delesign.

I have used Delesign twice now and will… I have used Delesign twice now and will continue to use them. I've found both designers that I used polite, prompt and talented and am thrilled that I can go back to tweak things as many times as needed. Highly recommend.
