Free Logo Better Than the First Logo Logo Design Matrix created a hot new free logo for me after I expressed dissatisfaction with the first logo they designed. Their desire for excellence and their integrity provoked them to offer a new design free of charge. I respect them for that, and for that reason, I would work with them again should I need another logo designed.

RUN!! RUN!!! Do not use this company unless you want extreme anxiety. They are constantly trying to up-sell you. It's been a year of frustration. After subscribing for their company to build a website, host it, write content and pay for a maintenance agreement for one year they just turn off the website of an animal nonprofit. When you pay for anything they split the payments to three different entities and give you an invoice from them. Done with this unprofessional company even if it means losing many hundreds of dollars invested. They make you believe things are going to be inexpensive but it's not true.

Excellent customer service and product design process. I've got many years of experience in customer service. I have been starting a new business and Logo Design Matix has helped me with logo and stationery design as well as they are working on a website and portal for my business as well. They constantly communicate throughout the design process which results in excellent customer service. Jason leads the team working on my website design and content as well as for the logo and stationery design. He is the main one I deal with. Jennifer is in administration. They both have gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied.
