Not as professional as they seem. Sadly this was not the experience I had in mind. After paying an upfront fee I was under the impression I was going to receive a prototype of what my website would eventually become. Sadly, this was not the case. After 10 days (4 of which I had no communications with the company) I had received a barebones yet to be delivered template. None of the links worked, the pages didn’t work, the images were taken from other websites that were TM. The content wasn’t even uploaded despite me offering the information. Even ai could have filled it with a brief description. Most of the offering was basic and had little flair involved. Finally, I haven’t actually received the website, signed for a domain or had been given any hosting. So I’ve actually received nothing. They’re happy to keep their hard work, so long as I am refunded. The logo was offered but in the end we decided to make our own as the design was distant from what we wanted. I had initially paid £250 for a prototype and it was not delivered. Today I have requested a refund. I hope I am able to recoup my losses. One point to not was the choice of colour, despite my opposition to it my partners actually liked it. So…£250 for colour choice. Not worth it. Despite the textbook reply from upbound it might be worth noting the threat of karma I received from the company. Avoid like the plague people! And I have not received anything. I also too have evidence and would like a refund as I have received nothing! I have reached out according to your reply. Please respond.

Just the support a first time author needs. So helpful in illustrating and preparing the layout for my children's book. Dave isnt happy until the client is happy, however many revisions that takes. First class value for money.
