Recent reviews on BBB from a reviewer's… Recent reviews on BBB from a reviewer's post from 12/2023 are 180 degrees opposite of any 5 star rating here. They are not BBB accredited and their lack of response to the BBB have earned them an F for failure to substantiate many claims they are making on their website. Why aren't the people that are praising them so highly here ever showing any company name that a person trying to make a decision of hiring them could look up? TP is good but the BBB actually contacts companies and makes them either substantiate claims or advises them that they should remove certain things that are considered misleading and inaccurate because as it stands right now they could never get a BBB accreditation. IE can bring all the character references and positive reviews they want when we get to court and I have one simple sentence from them written to me within their own internal email system that shows how they are trying to backpedal on a refund now and I attempted to do them a favor so my credit card company would not give them a lower score as a merchant according to their staff member that was handling the refund . That action is the only concession I'm willing to make regarding my dealings with them everything now is going to be through a court action when I present the job they were hired for and show the court what they sent back that indicated that they did not understand the work we needed and instead sent me images of other work they supposedly did that were not a continuation of the work we had started ourselves but we were looking for a company with dedicated illustrators that we could count on to meet deadlines when our episodes are being pitched to potential paying networks for ongoing shorts. This review is based on the most recent experience I have had while researching for more information about this company.
