Swabs have been sent back and… Swabs have been sent back and are stuck in customs. Czech post office have advised they have reached out to the company with no response. I have emailed them 6 times with no response. Order number QDUK1020ZW - would be nice to have some communication as it is a lot of money to spend! I will now be raising for a refund and a chargeback with my bank - they keep trying to remove my review however I have sent proof to trust pilot!
