I never had problems with payments or… I never had problems with payments or my field supervisor. Said that, we are penalized by the evaluators for issues beyond our control during the work we realized being paid 50% of the agreed fee. Not right and not fair.

I have had issues today I have had issues today. Spent a long time preparing, reading and re-reading brief, gathered loose change, went to various shops spending small amounts to gain £5 notes as not available at cashpoint. Dressed appropriately. Queried one aspect of assignment that was not clear. Received email. Rang venue. Told restaurant closed. Pushed for further information. Told I could order food at bar but restaurant closed for private function. Unsure what to do. Did not want to have assignment classed as invalid after spending a large amount, transport costs and time wasted. Set off to venue. After 1+ hour bus journey advised to return in the evening when restaurant open. No mention of extra time/costs. Asked for bus fare at least. Not referred to. Asked to re-book for September. My fault, I should of prepared earlier however would of taken same amount of time. Restaurant could be closed anytime at short notice. Sickness, power cut, last minute function. Had I enquired yesterday and told restaurant open and arrived and it was closed would of been told I should of rang today. If Abandoned would not be happy due to today's deadline. I consistently get 10/10 for one company and excellent feedback from another. I give 110% to all assignments. No UK phone number, Facebook provided automated response. Time, energy, money wasted. Deleted website. Will put effort, time and expenses into companies who are contactable Monday to Friday and give clear instructions and do not criticise efforts. I should of read reviews earlier I would not of bothered agreeing to this and not wasted cash or a full day preparing and travelling.

Beware! After not working for this company for a few years, I thought things might have changed, however I am being cheated out of payment. I was assigned a visit, whereby I had to arrange an appointment before visiting. I made 6 calls to arrange the appointment, but the agent did not answer. I was persuaded to make more calls to arrange an appointment. No where in the brief does it specify payment would not be made if an appointment cannot be arranged. It only says payment would be withheld if you do not contact them after 3 failed attempts, and I did contact them and I was provided with a new number to call Now they are refusing to pay. Why are they going against the contract? There was no mention of payment not being made if a visit could not be made. They did not even stipulate payment would be halved if a visit could not be arranged. Instead they kept making me make calls. This is a blatant breach of contract. I fulfilled my obligations of the contract and I am rightfully due payment, yet this dishonest company are trying to scam me out of money I am due. Beware!!

Don’t pay and never answer but they… Don’t pay and never answer but they want you to make everything in the 24 hours or less. It’s been more than 3 months Tried to contact my manager and she never responded any messages. Don’t do it. It’s not worth it.

Don’t pay you I have done a few mystery food visits for BARE in September and was told I get paid at the end of the following month. 2 months later I have not been paid and no one is replying to my emails. Very disappointed in how unprofessional it has been with pay considering I helped out on shops with less than a day notice.
