He also asked us about areas that we specifically wanted to work on at the beginning of the training and then addressed those throughout. His general overview was good too. The way he did a practice run (pre-interview prep, interview, and feedback) was helpful. In the end, he was able to identify our strengths and weaknesses and gave us useful pointers to work on to improve our skills.

I didn't realize I was using a lot of filler words, my eyes weren't looking at the camera, and that my framing was too close or my lighting wasn't bright enough.
