Simple question / quick answer I asked a simple question and was answered as soon as I sent in the question. I would not have liked to wait when I knew the question was simple.

Reasonably targeted advice from many experts I asked a series of questions related to nuanced, state specific topics and felt I received well researched and thoughtful answers. Some questions led to others and all in all, between about three people I got the full support I needed. It was nice to be able to verify answers, get second opinions, and confirm assumptions! One expert clearly copied and pasted at least part of his response from some AI chat bot (hence the 4 stars), but even that ended up being useful, albeit somewhat lazy, so overall I'm satisfied.

Fast, effective answers: Worth EVERY PENNY!!! Stressing about Attacks issue right before e-filing on the deadline tax file date has left me so stressed out that at 2:45 in the morning and zero Google search results matching my problem allowed me to find the site stating I could chat with an agent about any tax questions. I figured why not and literally within 10 minutes. I was connected with an agent who I was able to chat back-and-forth with and, describe a quite complicated predicament involving early distributions and estimated tax payments for the following tax year based on assumption and I just did not understand What was going on. Barbara answered all my questions and less than 10 minutes or 20 minutes total time I’m completely enlightened and able to click that button in TurboTax to e-file and be done with it now that she helped me understand it all!!!! This has truly, truly been a life-saving experience :)
