They are communication before placing the order is above reproach to make sure that the order is done correctly the first time. Once your order is sent to you, they implore you to inspect it for any errors as well and contact them if any have arisen so that they can make it right. I did not have a single error or issue with my order and I intend on having future orders with them.

GBBetter than expected! Better than expected! We purchased custom dog tags. As usual, I was nervous about the final product and the amount of detail and coloring that could be rendered. To my surprise it was a show stopper. All of the brothers found the yearly gift to be extra ordinary. They even included a chain with each tag. Awesome job!
