Bad Experience a lot of pictures… Bad Experience a lot of pictures missing, the photographer unprofessional, It took us more than 3 weeks to receive most of the pictures without editing, so we had to follow up with him to fix all the pictures

Excellent value for money & great pictures!! Second time using Snappr and they do not disappoint. Laura Alicia was amazing, very patient with our newborn and very creative with her photography. Would highly recommend to others.

I wanted to give zero stars I only gave star so this app would let me proceed to writing the review. The customer service sucks soo bad. I had a photographer not show up or even communicate properly for our shoot. The team at Snapper who were prompt and ready to find me photographer since I left the booking in my cart without proceeding, they never showed up for support when the photographer did not show up.

STAY AWAY!!!! Wanted to try something easy, unfortunately Snappr set me up with a local photographer, that once I spoke to them on the phone immediately they went to tell me to cancel my Snappr session and book with them directly. I wasn’t too fond of this with the photographer. So I contacted my agent who set me up and told them about wanting a new photographer. And they told me customer service had to get involved with changing my photographer. So three days later customer service contacts me via text only claiming they don’t see any concerns of my complaint to switch photographers and want to charge me for “rescheduling” Now today I cannot get ahold of a person from Snappr to tell them my side of the story and my booking agent is avoiding me as well. So I still have a session with a person I don’t want clearly and there’s nothing Snappr is willing to do? Go figure ???

We are happy with our photographer We are happy with our photographer. Alex was very patient with my kids and we have a fun time shooting our family photos with her. Will definitely recommend her and Snappr.
