STAY AWAY!!!! Wanted to try something easy, unfortunately Snappr set me up with a local photographer, that once I spoke to them on the phone immediately they went to tell me to cancel my Snappr session and book with them directly. I wasn’t too fond of this with the photographer. So I contacted my agent who set me up and told them about wanting a new photographer. And they told me customer service had to get involved with changing my photographer. So three days later customer service contacts me via text only claiming they don’t see any concerns of my complaint to switch photographers and want to charge me for “rescheduling” Now today I cannot get ahold of a person from Snappr to tell them my side of the story and my booking agent is avoiding me as well. So I still have a session with a person I don’t want clearly and there’s nothing Snappr is willing to do? Go figure ???

I am obsessed with this app I am obsessed with this app! We use it when we travel and for lifestyle images that we use for our social media platforms, gifts for friends and family and to decorate our home.

The photographer Marcel did a great job… The photographer Marcel did a great job understanding what kind of shots I was looking for.

Highly Recommended!!! Probably the best most convenient way to book a photographer for any occasion you have, even last minute! The customer service are superb as well!
