Made to Feel Welcome I appreciated from the get go the helpful how to videos, the ease of upload and moving lessons around, The clean look and feel of the site, the customer service and actual human interaction when solving problems, even with a little humor. And I guess I felt 'part of the team' rather than just a paying customer. The only thing for now that I would like more of is, options when designing the pages. But it is a minor thing.

I wish there were videos not just articles giving you step by step tutorials about how to set up communities, make beautiful emails etc. also being able to see examples of what has been made and how it is done I would also like the opportunities to do lives in the communities like Facebook offers.
