I did not speak with her (Kelly Whalen), and I never made an appointment. She is in Georgetown which is very far from me. I am getting responses fromSan Antonio which is at least 1 hour away. I am looking for an attorney in Kerrville, Texas. Just spoke with an attorney who told me that although he is hours away we could do all the paperwork on line, puts my mind at rest now.
