Signature Pins Rated 5 Star Products with Superior Customer Service! This is my first time order with Signature Pins so I'm excited to see the finish product. The "journey" to placing the order has been a treat to complete with their team of customer service & designer personnel. Tammy & Jeff have been super & I personally have learned a ton as a bonus. Both were very patient & more than willing to share despite their very busy schedule. Their website is excellent, user friendly & packed with product information. I rated them a 5 Star operation because they earned it but I would recommend them to anyone anytime. Thank-you!

10 years later, same great service! Ten years ago I ordered from Signature Pins and when I needed another custom Cloisonné job I did not look anywhere else. Their design team and support in Florida makes all the difference. They provided me a few options, we finalized and the pins arrived right on time. They are a gift for a colleague and he loves them!

Second time ordering pins and A+ This is the second time ordering pins from Signature Pins for our local Electric City Comic Con and we will keep coming back to them. The first time we ordered was in 2019, then pandemic struck and we couldn't hold our con. Now with its return we ordered the same design but changed the colors and they look so nice with 2019's pins that we hope our returning attendees enjoy them as much as we do!
