The coloured version of the patches they nailed out of the gate, and I was very satisfied with the quality. I also ordered a "tactical" olive drab subdued colour variant of the same logo, and the first time it arrived, the colours were a bit too bright for my liking. Without hesitation, Kenny was there to satisfy me without me even asking. He went out of his way for months to make sure the colour I envisioned for the patches were up to my standard - and he and his team nailed it! He did not charge me at all for the second set of patched. I am a very satisfied customer. The product is great, and the customer service is what really seals the deal for me. This is how businesses should be run, and I will definitely be a returning customer. Really wish you had a military discount… Really wish you had a military discount and a more economical method of shipping to an APO. I think 30 extra dollars for a package of 50 patches is a bit extreme. Otherwise, pleasurable experience.
