They provided all necessary documents to list our house and were very responsive when I had questions throughout the process. We communicated primarily by email, but their responses were quick and thorough...I even got a response on a weekend! Once our house sold, they were great about getting the listing updated quickly and making sure we had everything in line for our attorney who completed the process for us. A great way to save half of the commission on a sale for a very reasonable fee.
