What I LOVE about Zopto is the team What I LOVE about Zopto is the team. When you get your account connected, and you are assigned an account manager - whenever you get stuck and you use the chat feature, you get a response from your assigned team member. THIS IS SO VALUABLE. It isn't a bot or a randomly assigned person. It is someone who has already talked to you and understands your account and what you are trying to do. This relationship management puts Zopto well above the rest of the tools out there. The tool itself isn't 100% intuitive, even for a techy, but the fact that when I get stuck - I know I have a team member there in a few minutes to help me - is great. I consider this team a part of my team!
