Wasn't sure at first..but now.. Moving from another host (due to issues, but won't name them) to this one was a small gamble as they are fairly new. But it surely (!!!) paid off. Throughout the entire process, they consistently prioritized customer satisfaction, ensuring it surpassed all expectations. Performance has been great, price has been great, and customer communication has been great. They are really making the client panel pterodactyl their own. Feedback has been taken into consideration, and even applied a few times. Simple quality-of-life things like automatic login to their database are not required, and I have never seen it with another host. but, they made it possible, and that's what makes the difference.
