Horrible customer service, no product and no refund Horrible customer service. Ordered a item in May, it is still not here on July 8 and the company will not admit the item is lost or provide a refund. This company appears to be a scam or just extremely disorganized. They blame COVID, but at the same time saying they are new and to be patient. There are 1000’s of online retailers, not worth the hassle or time / energy.
