GBI did EVERYTHING they told me to do… I did EVERYTHING they told me to do after realising their customer service is non existent and after I joined they just started to kill me and every time I joined they immediately went after me. Apparently they are supposed to just drop your items on the floor

GBSlow, but honest service. I bought a lot of D2R items from this website - mostly runes - and my experience was mixed. Sometimes they reply in a couple of minutes (fastest I ever received my items was in literally one minute), but there are also times when they may take from half an hour up to two hours to deliver your items. Not very practical if you're on a tight schedule. What's worse, sometimes they don't have items available to give you, that could easily be gotten through trading, but they tell you to "wait for them to collect" said items. The good news is the customer support is friendly and helpful enough to let you exchange your unfulfilled order for something of similar value that is in stock, but that's very annoying at times. I'd probably recommend it over other RMT websites, but it could improve a lot.
