I was unsure they reassured me The owner of the company, Alan Parker, called me on the phone and he reassured me that he would make my author website a reality. It was only after speaking with Alan that I decided to go forward with the project. Everyone was very knowledgeable and responded promptly to my requests. I was assigned a project manager, Jeremy, and he called me on the phone several times to ensure that the site was everything I wanted it to be. They are recommended!

My experience with WebDesign Dock I’ve worked mostly with Richard and Frank for my website development. Both were very easy to work with but Frank really stands out with regard to keeping up with the changes and he’s done an outstanding job. He makes notes on everything that needs a change and carries through to completion. My only complaint is the total charges should be laid out and documented prior to beginning development. I honestly could not afford this project but by the time I realized it was going to drain my accounts, I was already in too deep. I feel it was an underhanded way to keep my business.

Good Quality Web site in Good Price Web Design Dock staff are responsive and helpful. I've been working with their staff, Arnold, who has been cooperative. My website is in the final phase, and I can't wait to get it completed ASAP and make it finally useable. So far, I'm satisfied and still waiting to complete the final phase of work. I would like to re-write again my final review once everything is completed as expected.
