I couldn't ask for a better support team, and the platform is very user-friendly. They're also great about paying on time. My only complaint is their pay rate. Expect to earn $7 for editing a 1,000-word document, whether it's nearly perfect or screaming for a complete rewrite. You won't get rich with ContentWriters, but the projects will add up if you're competent and reliable.
