This is a really great service This is a really great service - and the people who work there are very professional. At one point, I reached out with different information than one of my co-workers, and the account manager made a point to clear up the communication issues with us before moving forward. The quality of the writing is great too - it's worth it to pay a bit extra for the more experienced writers, in my opinion. Very good work!

Disappointing Disappointing. Maybe I did not get a senior writer allocated to my request, but the writing was choppy and even after a rewrite it was still choppy. I requested a press release and it just didn't flow and wasn't written the way a seasoned professional/seasoned writer would compose a news/media story. They did, however, provide a quick turnaround on the job, and if you are in a pinch for a fast turnaround I would say go for it.
