Great to get started but customer service after lacking Online Candidate was able to get my website up and running very quickly. It was great. However, the customer service afterwards was lacking and very poor.

Online Candidate cant be beat! I tried the competitor for my last (successful) campaign but had difficulty setting up the site and getting any kind of technical support when I needed it (often). Carol was always there when I needed help with Online Candidate (not much help needed because of the intuitive nature of the site setup and maintenance). The graphics, ease of set up and expertise with customer support both impressed me and convinced me to use Online Candidate for any future campaign I might have. The only thing I would suggest is to facilitate a page devoted to large and small pictures and headings.

It took me longer to develop content than it took for Onlinecandidate to create my home page header. Any question I had was answered quickly and understandably.
