GBBad Service - Bad Customer Service I purchased Ereleases $300 buzz builder package for my business and to say the least I was very disappointed. After lots of research on the web, I decided on Ereleases to release my press release. The service had great reviews so I decided to try it. After trying it out I got an email with the pickups and lots of the syndication you are promised in the package does not get included in the service. They upcharge for nearly everything and refuse to include your own email in the press release. Needless to say, other services I have used are a lot better and I nor anyone at my company or any company I work for will ever use ereleases again.

GBeReleases make it easy for small… eReleases make it easy for small companies to have the PR impact of larger ones. The process is seamless, and their media contact list is broad. I highly recommend eReleases! Well done!

GBGenerally, a Very Good Experience I purchased a multiple release package. Everything was great until I sent the 2nd release then their newswire objected to the press release. I don't hold them responsible though. But it was an unpleasant surprise because the content for which the newswire required "validation" was essentially the same as previous content that they treated differently. Anyway, other than that experience, they seem like a very pleasant and professional operation. I seemed to receive the promised distribution as scheduled.
