Run for the Hills, spam emailers and nothing custom for your company. Mike and Stephanie (or whoever they really are) spam email you then because we are about to redo our site and have the exact template ready which we have perfected for our business over almost 20 years. They come back with a total disaster but very pretty to a common person which is design hell with things all over the place. Not structured anything like ours as they later state they submit the same mock to everyone with different images only. They are the worst kind of firm. Run and don't buy a website from anyone unless you know exactly how it should be approached and function.

Just amazing ! Mike and Stacey (and their entire team) were nothing shy of amazing. After they sent their initial draft for the entire re-do of our site Spa Source LLC we agreed to a very reasonable price and what was most surprising is their knowledge of the code. Not only did they redesign our entire website to our satisfaction, but they also helped us debug some of the existing issues unrelated to their work free of charge. In the end, I felt obligated to even offer more money because of how well they did their work. (Quick side note) ... Their back-office staff is not based in the U.S. so be patient for changes, since each change does take up to 48 hours to be made, but most within 24 hours
