I ordered a "lower-end" style of patch for my needs so I can't comment on quality, though it certainly looks good overall and I'm sure if you paid for the high quality stuff it'd look even better. Excellent Quality I have ordered custom made embroidered patches from Patches4Less several times. Each time I received my proof within hours, and they have ALWAYS been correct the first time. My patches usually arrive in just over two weeks and are absolutely excellent quality. They are not the lowest price embroidery company, but they are the best.

Very happy and will order again soon! I sent a photo of the patch we needed created; someone from Patches4Less contacted me via email within an hour to find out more information. Proofing processed commenced and less than 2 weeks later we had our patches delivered earlier than predicted. The quality was great! We'll be sure to order from Patches4Less again.

The first time I used Patches4Less The first time I used Patches4Less, I did not have the best experience after my email went to their Spam folder, the patches were held up in customs, etc. I was hesitant about ordering from them again, but I did. This was a completely different experience. They were quick to quote me, answered any questions I had, made corrections where I needed them, and the outcome was amazing! Product shipped quickly and was exactly what I wanted.

0% Customer Satisfaction should be their motto Their website states 100% customer satisfaction which is a complete lie. The patches we received did not match the "proof". After contacting them, they stated they cannot match the proof to the finished product and they wouldnt remake our order or provide a refund. What's the point of a proof??? Crooks!
