The team have an accute understanding of the inner workings which contribute to being able to "get things done". I had experienced 10 x failed appeals x 7 ASIN over 3 months, so like 70 appeals on a false IP Infringement report. Alyssa calmly took over, went in to battle for me, kept me informed at every step, we worked in tandem when required, and her communication was excellent. I am full of respect and appreciation.
