Acculynx is the best CRM for roofing… Acculynx is the best CRM for roofing companies. But it’s really more than that. You can estimate, sign contracts, make material orders, message and bill your customers, collect payments, manage financials, manage sales and much more. It’s really designed to be a one stop shop. And they have excellent support. I definitely close more deals because of Acculynx.

I've enjoyed all the features and tools… I've enjoyed all the features and tools AccuLynx has. It really does everything they say and more. It can be custom with your workflows and it does take some time to build it out but it will make things a lot easier in the long run. The only draw back is the price of the product compared to other CRM's.

Acculynx is a great program to use! AccuLynx is a great program to use to provide good customer service. It is thorough and easy to navigate. The recorded training sessions was very easy to use and allowed me to do when it was convenient for me and also to start and stop so I could take good notes. It is a way to make people accountable for their part and to make sure nothing is missed. Getting used to the software is the hardest part, but once you get that down it is very easy. The dashboard allows you to see the activity of everyone and keeps everyone notified of the changes being made. There are just a one change I would make such as a way to look up customer's by phone number or to give each individual customer a prospect I.D. number. this would make my CSR job a little easier....Besides this it is a great program to use and is good for the business.
