From flat to flying Before the Mindset Retreat I felt pretty low emotionally. (Covid and two major deaths in my family) I couldn't work most of the year. As a part time consultant I was struggling to get back into the swing of seeing clients and my business had not been very profitable. I was stretched too thin.
