They actually have Customer Service! Super fast response time on tickets and they actually have a live chat which is something that I have not met on any of the other sites. They give you 2 Step Verification as well as doing KYC which just shows you that they mean business. Seem to spend a lot of energy in cracking down on anyone who are not being honest and got to love the competitions that they put up, all for free. A company in the early stages, but seems very promising. I am definitely planning on staying there long term with the current business model that they are running. Most stable PTC site… This is by far the most stable PTC site I've used, and I've used them all I think. Honest and present admin, support staff is cool and chill and will always come to help if yoh ask. Disputes are resolved as hunanely as possible and admin will do amything to have a satisfied user. Introduction of KYC for withdrawals only helps us as users, but I guess people would rather flame and throw accusations before realising that this is a business and it needs protection from fraud as much as we do. Fraud goes both ways, and nay-sayers don't seem to realise that if enough fraud accounts are made, the admin could lose all, and they'll just lose onr of many accounts. This admin is here to stay, that's why the KYC was put in place, and I for one am feel safe knowing that this site has put much effort into protecting both us and themselves
