GBBest Support EVER! I believe the customer service representative, Kassy, is another woman (her name also starts with a K) who goes above and beyond their call of duty. They have created videos for me to understand better how to achieve specific tasks on Leadpages. Kassy understood that I was visual and creates videos for me to help get over any humps while learning how to use this platform. They are both exceptional and earned their stripes with me.

GBBad experience with billing department Bad experience with billing department. I wanted a refund because you basically need to pay to use the platform and even try to create pages or a site. By the time you realize the platform won't work for you then they just tell you that you can't get a refund. I communicated with billing and even escalated it but they wouldn't do a simple refund for someone who never really used the platform. Bad practices. Update: As you will see from their reply they basically just say screw you and here's our terms of service. Whatever happened to just making expections to make a customer happy? This isn't the way companies run businesses these days.

GBI love working with LeadPages! I have loved working with LeadPages! They always provide the best customer service, especially for a non-techi older entrepreneur who still needs help with technology here and there. Their website builder is fantastic, and when I get stuck, they'll even make a video for me to follow. Not to mention, I don't need to worry about the updates, and the price you just can't beat! Really a great experience!

GBIf I could give six stars Bringing out a new startup to the world. Even with an MBA, I'm shockingly ignorant on marketing. Leadpages fixed that. Their software is perfectly-executed, their articles around marketing address the areas of my ignorance, but that isn't why I LOVE them. Laura from Leadpages provided an in-depth analysis of my first attempts. There was a tiny bit about how to use the software better, but the main focus was how to address my target market more effectively. Some people fall in love with Whole Foods or Apple. My tattoo will be for marketing software.
