GBIt seems like a good program but I… It seems like a good program but I would have liked more time to work through the system. I didn't see anything informing my trial was ending and what my options to move forward were. I just found that I went into my account and I was unable to access any of my contacts.

GBI recommend Flowchat! Flowchat itself has been awesome; it's a great CRM. However, what puts this CRM above and beyond is its founders, especially Sean Malone. Not only have they created a top notch cold outreach CRM that is specifically designed for it, but they've created coaching, a series of amazing templates you can adapt, and tons of training and helps. I haven't found myself using customer support, but from what I've seen their customer support is excellent. Overall, you are not just paying for some software, but someone that will help you get results.

EGSo far so good! What a tool! I have just started with FlowChat but the team has been excellent & responsive. Looking forward to seeing the results of this work. The tool is amazing.

GBThe customer service it top notch The customer service it top notch. They go above and beyond to support their clients and honestly cover all bases of needs. My favorite part is that you get to talk to real people to get your questions answered! Also, the technology and service itself is so cool and exactly what I needed for my business.

GBNot that good… Unfortunately to be able to actually try the software you have to purchase the first month. After making my purchase I quickly realized that it wasn’t for me so I essentially wasted $250. I thought that it was just a little bit too clunky to use in my opinion. Too many right clicks, left clicks, copies, pasted, etc… It just wasn’t what I was expecting.
