Powerful product and great support Uptics is a powerful cold outreach tool, designed with long-term sales process in mind. In contrast to other tools in the industry they put a lot of effort into building an intuitive CRM and surrounding features that allow you to properly handle and nurture prospects, not just send cold emails and call it a day. Secondly, the support was always quick to respond and helpful. Overall, very positive experience.

A very thorough cold outreach tool! Uptics has advanced spintax called snippets. Each snippet is organized into a group. A snippet can be text, paragraphs, images, whatever. You can then insert that group into an email template as you craft the template. No limit on how many snippet groups you can insert per email. Uptics will then randomly choose a snippet from each group for each email when sending out a batch of cold messages. You get thousands of variations! Less spam in the eyes of the email providers. Also ideal for AB testing!

We've been using Uptics for a year now, and it has proved its quality through its simplicity and intuitiveness. It's our one-stop for CRM, cold outreach, email warming and DNS checking, email tracking, and sales pipeline management. The support of Patrick and Dan has also been great. Their UI could use a bit of improvement in terms of performance, but overall it's a 10/10 tool for us!

More than just cold email There are a lot of cold emailing software out there. Uptics sets itself apart by having a built in dialer, SMS sending capabilities, and a lite CRM. Their support is also top notch and they've helped set things right for me multiple times.
