Without it I probably wouldn't have succeeded because crowdfunding turned out to be more complicated than I thought. What I loved was that the team really took the time to help me personally, and they were always available to hop on a call. Definitely got my money's worth and recommend this to anyone considering Kickstarter or Indiegogo.
