We had an email dialogue and Tony even recorded a video to not only explain but also show how to address my questions and resolve my concerns. When you purchase the product, you get to book a call with Tony to help you get started the right way. This, in comparison to other companies at the same industry who won't even take the time to meet with you, is invaluable. The tutorial videos make the platform easy to work with. And, our emails asking for support are replied to quickly.
