GBDisappointed! and very sad! When I made my appointment with PetWorks unfortunately, they assigned me to Dr. Richtermyer. In my option Dr. Richtermyer does not have the knowledge as her colleagues. My kitten had upper respiratory issues which included the eyes. I was going there from December 21, 2023 - February 15, 2024 and All Dr. Richtermyer wanted to focus on was the eyes not the whole picture. Unfortunately, Dr. Richtermyer's colleagues did not want to get involved and basically did not want to treatment my kitten anymore. If they would have focused on the whole picture, my kitten my still be alive. Meiko passed on 3/12/2024. I will NEVER go to PETWORKS AGAIN!

GBI drove for this company I drove for this company. Spent a full 8 days on the road. 3 of the dogs had never been in a vehicle before and constantly threw up in their kennels. Even though Tam was informed of this he kept expecting me to side track or stop and waite to pick up other dogs. I refused because these dogs were not doing well after 5 days on the road already. Ran up $2000 on my credit card because our contract promised reimbursement for rental vehicles, fuel, food, and hotels. He hasn't paid me and now doesn't answere his phone. I'm a disabled veteran who desperately needed to earn money, and doing a job for him actually cost me $2000. He's a piece of work, dont utilize this service.
