Continued charging me for years after I cancelled I cancelled my Tailwind account years ago, because it wasn't very good. I've just found out they've been charging my credit card every year since. I contacted support. They initially offered me a refund for the years they overcharged me for but have since told me they won't provide any refunds for transactions over 120 days old despite acknowledging they could see my cancellation request from 2021. Buyer beware.

Love it! I have been using Tailwind for over a month and love it!! It helps me grow my business and recognition with quality stock photos and AI. It sets up a schedule for social media posts and emails. When I needed to make a change to one of my accounts, I reached out and with in 5 minutes someone responded, helped me make the change I needed and it was easy!! I love how they give you more than just 5-7 credits for AI use and they renew each month on the FREE version. You can purchase more, which I may do eventually as my business grows.

I love using Tailwind I love using Tailwind! It makes posting to my most used social media sites like Pinterest, Instagram, and now even FaceBook! I get overwhelmed and frustrated easily trying to jump back and forth to different sites, so using Tailwind to post to all at one time, saves me time and my sanity!

Extremely unreliable service and buggy application Extremely unreliable service. All the positive reviews are fake and not from real users. Look at facebook reviews and read the comments. all fake. The application hasn't received updates in a long time. It is buggy in every corner and the most basic feature that you pay for = bulk scheduler, is not even working right. Support is useless since they only forward your requests to dev and can't solve anything. Extremely frustrating paying for this service!
