Poor communications contacted President who did not bother to respond! Did not get one single response from mailing. Thats never happened in 70 years of us doing mailings! Very poor response and communications with PotcardMania! Tip for consumers: Terrible Do Not Use!

Great product, great customer service! We did a year long postcard marketing campaign with postcard mania in 2019. We were very happy with the service we received, they provided us with a high quality product, as well as wonderful customer service. Should we choose to do another campaign postcard mania will be our first choice.

No Refund Policy I was offered a service which at the time sounded great. I paid for the service however later discovered the service was not what I wanted. I asked for a refund. The would not refund all my money. They did nothing but collect my fund. Be very careful when signing up for anything with Rock or Postcard.

Orlando deserves a raise Orlando deserves a raise. It's nice when you are talking to someone who is good at their job but also likes their job. Oralndo was so informative, helpful and charming. I got off the phone knowing exactly what your company could do for us and the exact price it was going to cost. I have worked with so many companies who give ballpark prices and dangle you around but that is not how I felt today. Give this man a raise
