FRArrogant kids with a very inflated sense of self-worth You can tell about the quality of the people behind the service already by how they handle 1-star reviews here. "This is a false claim and fraudulent review;" is their broken record response. Let me add as well what they'll surely flag as yet another "fraudulent review". But where there is smoke... After a few months of testing with a free account testing, we moved to a paid subscription. They sent a questionnaire about the purpose of using their service. Answered all their question. And we immediately get this response (and I quote): "We will not be approving this and we will be banning your account shortly. Please use a different service, you will receive a refund." A one-liner. No explanation despite our follow-up email to understand if we were violating their terms of use. And speaking of "fraudulent", they never refunded the payment. Perhaps they can start affording some manners with it. Overall the impression was that of a couple of geeks on a power-trip & with a very inflated sense of self-worth. Moving away from them was for the best.

GBIt's great, can't understand negative reviews Can't understand the negative reviews. The service is run by skilled technical staff who are very responsive when I need help--- which is very seldom because everything just works if you follow their detailed instructions. I am happy to pay for the premium service which offers things like outbound SMTP and now IMAP, at $3 per month I'm getting a lot for my money and don't have to pay Google twice as much for less value. Definitely recommended.

GBAmazing Email Service If you want a secure, affordable, and open-source way to manage email forwarding and outgoing SMTP sending, ForwardEmail.net is worth checking out. • Unlimited domains: Perfect for keeping costs down if you manage multiple emails. • Quick setup: They use fancy tech to make sure your emails are delivered quickly and reliably. • Open-source for trust: Self explanatory, open-source is the best. • Outgoing emails: ForwardEmail.net lets you send emails (SMTP) up to 300 per day. • No limits: Add as many domains and aliases as you need. • Great for automation: Webhooks let you connect your email to other apps and tools. The setup may be a bit more involved than other providers, but it is a seriously good option if you care about privacy, flexibility, and saving money on email. Can't recommend their service enough!

GBService decent - support is lacking The service overall is pretty good, but support seems non-existent so far even on the enhanced protection paid plan. I am liking everything so far with how the "product" works for the most part. However, I am having an issue with connecting to a pop3 alias. I opened a support ticket and haven't heard anything in nearly 30 hours. EDIT: 3/26/2024: They did finally answer me and got this working. EDIT: 4/11/2024 - My Pop3/Imap emails have been down since last night. I hope that I have not lost any emails. I really thought these guys had something good going here but now I'm not so sure. I'm close to asking for a refund and moving on. Update: 4/16/2024 - They did mitigate the issue and emails seem to be working well again. It took close to 24 hours but I'm guessing they didn't catch the issue at night. Probably a one-man or small-team operation, which isn't all bad. I am going to update my review to 4 stars. The service they offer is good for the price. If they had better support I would consider 5 stars.

DELatency is too high for me It works so far, but I have regulary latency issues where the email incoming is very late up to a day. Also outgoing I receive regular error message. I will switch to something else now.
