Many times we spent less then the amount we sent and kept a balance basically. No problem at all when we want to spend the rest of the balance after a week or two. Many VCCs are scams but we finally found one that isnt

I bought my card to verify a PayPal… I bought my card to verify a PayPal acc, they took too long to deliver the card, and when I got it the card was already used on another PayPal acc, I emailed asking a replacement and got no response, I was in a hurry so I had to find another provider, I wouldn't reccomend them.
