I really appreciate that they provide you with an account executive to help walk through any issues or product features that you want to learn about. The product itself offers the best bang for the buck that I have found for an SEO platform and provides all the necessary information I need for tracking and improvement across my sites. In another job I also used their Local services and it was an incredibly easy way to manage multiple locations and improve your local online presence. Highly recommend!

Improves Writing Efficiency I love using Semrush because it points out where a sentence may be too long or unexciting. It also suggests keywords that I wouldn't have thought of. Knowing how many words an article should be based on potential traffic is also a huge help.

Extremely long and shady cancellation… Extremely long and shady cancellation process. And if you accidentally miss a step and get charged, they get keep their money since they only have a short 7 day refund window. Companies with practices like this should be avoided at all cost. Very shady.

Hello Hello This is my experience with Semrush I have been using there backlink analytics tool for a while. Since it suppose to be accurate. Soon as I started to connect my website to authority websites and I used semrush Backlink Checker all of a sudden my website graphic is suspicious and my domain is fabricated. When I use google Backlink Checker I don’t have such bad reports and many other Backlink Checker how comes I’m not getting any spammy reports like semrush likes to dish out.

Semrush charged me $100 for not using… Semrush charged me $100 for not using their app and refused to refund the money after 10 days. I didn't use the app at all and want my money back. Terrible empathy and customer support. #1 on the hate list.
