I have Semrush subscription as well but I'm using Diib more as it's much more user friendly and clear. I believe in Diib business model so much that I'm hoping it becomes a public company one day and I can invest in it. Support rarely answers and can't cancel subscription I wanted to try their 6-month offer but had many issues and support never answers...apart from that one time when I sent a request about our sitemap not being taken into account, and it has never been resolved. Now I'm trying to cancel the subscription before a potential autorenewal and the corresponding page doesn't load...I can't find any way to completely delete the account either...

Disappointing Signed up for Pro Membership and two additional packages. Cancelled the two packages (awaiting refund) when we identified issues with DashBoard data. Conflicting data, alerts and insights meant the data was not useable. Slow / no response. Great if some are getting value from it as I can see the benefit if the data is good. For us it simply wasn't. Very disappointing.
