GBThis program has seriously changed my… This program has seriously changed my life. I get to help others and be abundant while doing it! It makes me so sad to see this company have any bad reviews, because if you do what they say, it WILL pay off! You have to be willing to put in the work! I made my ROI for the first program back within a month and then joined their second program where I made my ROI back within weeks. You have to be willing to bet on yourself! I’m moving into my dream apartment next month and living my DREAM life! Thank you Smart Coach team!

GBThe level of intelligence this group of… The level of intelligence this group of coaches has is absolutely unmatched to anything I've ever seen or experienced. They understand how to start an online business and know how to explain it in such a clear and concise way. In the 3 months I worked with them, I feel like a completely new person (I wish I was exaggerating). I'm forever grateful for all they've taught me and will never forget the skills and lessons I've learned. <3

GB1000% worth the investment I'm not going to lie, I was skeptical and frankly terrified to invest in this program as it was the most $ I had ever personally spent on anything in my entire life... but I'm SO glad I did. I joined Uplevel in May 2023, which is Smart Coach's program that teaches you how to scale from 1:1 coaching to group & how to create a more sustainable, scalable business model. Let me just tell you - they DELIVER. I was previously struggling with the backend/systems/structure of my business & Smart Coach really helped me get that all ironed out & running smoothly. They give you all the resources, instructions, and support you need. And their sales script is worth the whole investment alone, truly. Two absolute necessities to be successful in this program -- you HAVE to be willing to bet on yourself AND you must be willing to put in the work. There is a lot of work involved, but you have a ton of accountability & community support along the way. It really is transformational. I've achieved some pretty incredible milestones in my business in the past 11 months & I couldn't have done it without Smart Coach.

GBI lost $7500 on this program I lost $7500 on this program, made $0, and they don't offer refunds.. now I can't keep up with my bills and I am about to lose my coaching business. I wish I was smart enough to type "Smart Coach Scam" to see other people who've also been scammed by their program. For $7500 you get a script to for cold calls and you have to send 80 DM's. You get a bunch of low quality videos of her husband talking about how he went from being broke to making millions. They get to decide if you are eligible for their ROI or not for their return on investment policy. I tried my hardest to send 80 DMs everyday but that is not a business strategy its absurdity. They all blocked me or told me not to contact them. They remove people who question their program and you do not know who is real on slack. They could be paying people for testimonials for all I know.

GBDeceptive. Woo Woo. Rude. No ROI. No Guarantee. Had I known that the Spark Program by Smart Coach expects DMs each day for the marketing process, I would not have purchased this program. Before joining this program, there was no written statement saying that this would require posting on social media 4x a day nor that it requires 100 DMs per day. Every week someone would post in the Slack channel about error messages with pushing the limits of what is allowed on IG for follows and outbound messages. Most of the outbound messages end up in the other folder, rather than the primary inbox. Because IG knows this user is constantly pushing the limits of follow requests and outbound messages. I don't believe unsolicited DMs, on IG, are well-received by people. It is an annoyance to receive unsolicited messages in DMs. It feels like spam! The sales coach is straight-up woo-woo. She started a sales call around the idea that the position of stars/moons was affecting her energy. Then asked the whole room, "Do you guys feel that too?" What a load of BS. The mindset coach just chimes in with basic snippets like "Just work on your morning routine," as if such high-level advice has validity or relevance. The hypnosis that's included in the program of course feels like another version of pseudo-science quackery. The hypnosis appointment is nothing more than a guided meditation. It always bothers me when a sales professional selling the program is friendly, polite, and approachable, but then the course creator is rude, mean, or offensive with their tone - unapologetically -- after payment is received for the program. It's the worst kind of emotional bait and switch. If you would not be rude, mean, or disrespectful on a sales call, then you should not be mean, disrespectful, or rude in an online course. Russ Johnson has an entire section where he speaks about mindset, and it's just delivered in the most condescending tone. Much of the mindset work boils down to work hard, being consistent, and being committed. Nothing novel. Jessica Johnson is never present, at all. She does not show up to coaching calls. She doesn't respond to members. She does not teach anything. We're talking about 0 interactions with Jessica in 3 months inside of the program. These one-sided contracts that penalize people for not knowing what is ACTUALLY in the program and not allowing refunds are just self-serving and deceptive. Their guarantee is entirely conditional upon terms they fail to communicate beforehand. At no point in the onboarding process do they explain point blank that the guarantee is voided out entirely if 1 coaching session is missed or if 1 IG post does not go out in 60 days. How convenient to NOT SAY it then ENFORCE IT and remove the obligation to honor their guarantee. They sleep with a clear conscious at night, even if their program doesn't work. It sucks to know they are profiting off of a program that doesn't help everyone. They feel no moral or ethical obligation to make amends, when results are not achieved by their methods. There is no fair exit of the contract if there's a genuine problem with the course, just their way or the highway. Any purchase on Amazon has some kind of basic consumer protection, whereas a $7,500 course, has no consumer protection. They write into their contracts that you waive the right to initiate a chargeback. Cold direct messages are nothing new. Gary V talks about DMs for more than 4 years. Alex Hormozi talks about outbound DMs every month on YouTube. In short, there's nothing truly proprietary about the concept of sending 50-100 DMs every day to drum up new business. It's publicly available content that does not require $7,500 to learn. Had I known that the program expects cold direct messages each day for the marketing process, I would not have purchased this program.
