i ordered a wig FEBRUARY 9TH and i have… i ordered a wig FEBRUARY 9TH and i have yet to get an email regarding its status ! it’s February 18th and i need the hair before MARCH 2ND . no one has gave me any updates about anything . MY ORDER NUMBER IS WA13421 , can somebody PLEASE ship out my unit and give me an update . I’ve been getting feedback saying “ it’s going to come before MARCH 2ND ” and how y’all are preparing my order but y’all are not . y’all say it takes 1-3 working day and 3-5 shipping days but i ordered this week over 2 WEEKS AGO ! If i do not receive my unit WA13421 , i will be taking further legal ACTIONS.

Vacation wig I haven’t wore my wig as of yet I’m saving it to wear on my upcoming vacation, but the lace appears amazingly thin and the hairline looks great can’t wait to wear it, I received this wig in a good time frame

Customer service was very good Customer service was very good. Communication and shipping went smoothly on the vendors end. I’m happy with the actual product and the quality of it. Already planning on making another order. I got a 613 blonde HD lace frontal wig and it’s very accurate to their product description. Only one complaint that the frontal was a little bit fine on the top where it’s supposed to cover the tracks beginning. Other than that it’s really beautiful and lace is incredible. As a first time customer i’m very pleased with my experience with Wowangel!
