UPDATE UPDATE: My first review was about stating the unethical contract practices; this review is about the communication practices I have experienced with Automate Channels. The owner of the company, who was initially communicating with me via a chat within an environment in which they use to communicate with their members - has now deleted the entire exchange of communication (which is like a ticketing system) and has not replied to any of my messages. This behavior, coupled with the fact that they added a refund policy with ill intentions not ever to make good on that clause, has left me no choice but to file a claim with the American Arbitration Association. The ironic thing about this entire situation is that despite having followed all of the guidelines that constitute my request for a refund, my gripe is more about the fact that they were deceitful in their sales tactics and contracts, and this is about the principal - this is not about whether their program works - in my case, it has not proven to be successful, hence my request for the refund. This claim is about contractual law and ethical business practices. Shame on them for allowing me to believe that I was entitled to a refund this entire five months into the program, blatantly stating their logic on why they would not want to honor it (which had nothing to do with the contractual requirements), and making excuses as to why I am not eligible. Luckily, I have screenshots of this conversation with the owner being smug. My attorney has assured me this will be a slam dunk, considering the evidence I have. Potential consumers do your homework; there are many providers out there, like Jordan's course Bye 9 to 5, who, without question, is an ethical man and business owner.

Experience of a lifetime I have been part of this program for about 3 months. What I have learned in that time has helped my confidence in my ability to take these new learnings and make a career out of this! The support that you receive from all other students as well as mentors and Caleb himself, is beyond what I imagined it would be. Thanks to everyone who is making this experience exciting and continuing to support each other and build up my confidence to know that I can do this :)

I've been a part of a couple of courses and this was the only one where the team and Caleb actually cared about my channel being successful. They are constantly updating their videos and always doing voice lounges for one-on-one assistance. They truly put in the work to make sure client's are happy and I am glad I joined.
