AUAbusive Customer Service Shortly after complaining about the customer service, or lack thereof, I started getting spammed by 'Mark' from Profit Whale. (If that's even his real name). Mark would spam me at different time of the day, every few hours, calling me names. Goes to show what kind of company they run to let this 'Mark' guy run around abusing customers.

GBI used Profit whales for 4 months, not recommend I used Profit whales for 4 months, not satisfied with the service at all. There is NO customer service, every time I created tickets or try to find anybody on chat they just never reply or reply to me after 5-10 days with a very short not helpful, and not resolving message. PPC automate optimization services are NOT working properly. So I was just waiting and keep giving a chance to PW if it gonna start to optimize or if anybody gonna answers my issues or tickets. My subscription started at $100 and then rose to $249, do not worth it at all. not recommend

BGSomethings not quite right here... I found Profit Whales via Amazon Seller Central. They dont have a lot of reviews and their Youtube channel following/views is weak. But they do offer a free scan of your PPC campaigns. The scan did show some interesting insights. The software is impressive, its well constructed. However, thats were the positive experience ended for me. Despite submitting several support tickets, I'd no reply. I booked 2 onboarding meetings with Ihor (Owner of PW) He never showed up to the meetings. I even directly messaged him via his instagram to see if he was turning up. No reply. Several links on their website are not working. One being a demo call or walkthrough of the software. Its brings you to a Calendly booking page to book the meeting but then a message displays saying the person is unavailable. I've gone to a competitor who had no problem communicating. There's something not quite right with this company. Gut feeling.
