GBI have been using eSalon for years I have been using eSalon for years. I love the fact that you can tell your colorist what you would like to achieve as far as the color of your hair and they do it and it is EXACTLY what you wanted. I love that when I get my box, I have everything I need.

GBI have a horrible orange color JUST ON… I have a horrible orange color JUST ON THE TOP OF MY HEAD! I am a laughingstock. Thanks ever so much for making me completely give up on hair color all together. I got no real support, and no one tried very hard, obviously. can't go outside without a hat to cover my hair, and it's over 90 degrees here! You don't care how you hurt people!

GBI asked a question about my color and… I asked a question about my color and it took days for a response. I’m getting married June 2 so I’m trying to line up my haircuts/color and all of that and it freaked me out that my order had changed without me doing it.
